1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between takabet and its users. By accessing this platform or creating an account, you are deemed to have fully accepted all the terms described below.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on takabet, the following conditions must be met:

At the time of registration, the user must confirm that they are at least 21 years old. takabet may request an identity document or other proof of age at any time. Refusing to provide proof or submitting false information will result in account suspension.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, or from the same device or household, takabet reserves the right to close them and cancel any bonuses earned.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. Changing details such as name, mobile number, or date of birth will require identity verification. Providing incorrect or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Giving any third party access to your account or sharing your credentials is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on takabet:

3.1 Payment Methods

takabet currently supports deposits and withdrawals via four mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 (per method)

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. takabet approves withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the deposit. Large withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.

3.4 Account Verification

takabet may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents in time may delay the transaction. This is a standard process to ensure financial security.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

takabet offers various bonuses and promotional benefits. Each bonus is available under specific conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the account balance to ৳3,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. That means for a ৳2,000 bonus, a total of ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus can never be withdrawn directly as cash.
• If the account is closed or remains inactive before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus may be cancelled.
• takabet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, takabet may review the account.

4.3 VIP Cashback

takabet's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, if a Gold member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

It is important to read the rules in this section carefully before placing any bet on takabet.

5.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user is responsible for verifying all details before placing a bet.

5.2 Odds Changes

takabet may change odds in line with real-time market movements. The odds recorded in the system at the time a bet is accepted are final. Any change in odds after a bet is placed will not apply to that bet.

5.3 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a match or event is cancelled, postponed indefinitely, or significantly delayed from its scheduled time, takabet will void the relevant bets and refund the original stake. In multi-bets, the cancelled selection is counted as odds of "1.00".

5.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

takabet may set a maximum winnings limit for a single bet or across multiple bets within a given betting period. Any amount exceeding this limit will not be paid out.

5.5 Technical Errors

If the outcome of a bet is affected by a software error, disconnection, or server issue, takabet will review that bet and take the necessary action. In such situations, takabet's decision will be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the takabet platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through any fraudulent or dishonest method.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Using another person's account or sharing your account credentials with others.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's systems, servers, or network.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing other users or engaging in offensive behaviour.
• Spreading false information in takabet's name or damaging the reputation of the organisation.

If any of these prohibitions are violated, takabet may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance without prior notice.

7 Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Data Collection

takabet collects the information necessary for account management, transaction processing, and customer support. This includes name, mobile number, payment details, and usage history.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

takabet may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If registration was completed using false or incomplete information.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period (the definition of inactivity is determined by takabet).

A user may also request to close their own account. In that case, the remaining balance will be available for withdrawal, but any bonus funds will be cancelled.

11 Limitation of Liability

takabet strives to maintain its services to the highest standard, but liability will be limited in certain circumstances:

• takabet is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• takabet is not liable for losses arising from a user's own negligence or carelessness.

12 Changes to the Terms and Effectiveness

takabet may partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.1 Partial Invalidity

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.

12.2 Entire Agreement
